Some of you may have heard of these concepts before and have freed yourself from worry.
Others may still have an issue with this puzzle piece that blocks your energy flow.
The following are a few thoughts for you to ponder as you search inside yourself to find your own way and your own truth.
How to Stop Worrying Today & Never Have to Ever Worry Again
First of all, worry can be viewed as a positive. It shows that you care about someone or something. You have a good heart. Otherwise, it wouldn’t bother you. So, pat yourself on the back. You care.
However…..what are the negatives of worry.
- Worry can make us get stuck with all kinds of strong emotions….fear, judgment, hurt, blame, resentment, and a lack of compassion. It can make us feel terrible, including causing us to lose a lot of sleep.
- Worry can cause stress, which can shut down our immune system and allow diseased cells to occupy and multiply. Cancer. Worry can damage our heart causing high blood pressure. Heart attacks. Stroke.
What is worry really all about?
It’s a habit that we learned as we grew up. Our mothers often modeled this. They really cared about us and they worried.
We can now look at this destructive habit with different eyes. It’s really projecting a negative on a future event, one that hasn’t happened yet. The event is really neutral. Why see a negative outcome and not a positive one? Even better, just see it as is and be patient without adding one’s own opinion.
So what do we do if we don’t worry? It’s difficult to stop one habit without replacing it with another. So instead of worrying, one can put the situation or person in The Light, which activates their highest and greatest good. It can be a bubble or just beaming from overhead, or whatever you can imagine.
Worrying is stubborn because it is so popular. Everyone has it. We have thought that if we didn’t worry, we didn’t care. This illusion has been ingrained in us, creating well-worn patterns in our brain. It’s a life-long practice to catch and replace it with a more healthy emotion for all.
Now, this is where the issue gets even deeper. Worry is just a subjective opinion. Our opinion does not really matter as to what happens. Somehow we think that it helps the situation. However, it is up to the person’s soul, life path and the wisdom of the Universe as to what will happen. In our limited consciousness, we do not know what that is. You may have heard the saying, “Divine Right Action.” Realizing that higher energies are in control is what that means. A high vibration of Being is to let go, release, and be patient, projecting and holding a space of love and light. This is just as applicable to a political or financial situation.
You can stop worrying today and will never have to worry again, if you choose this new, higher evolved practice. Whenever you start to feel you are starting to worry, instead, put the person or situation in The Light, which activates the highest and greatest good. Eliminate the “w” word from your vocabulary. Remind yourself that you are a Being of love and light, not darkness. Notice how you feel when you do this.
Because worrying is an ingrained habit from eons of past history, it may be a challenge at first to develop a habit with a higher vibration. But as you practice doing this, your puzzle piece will start to clear. You will not longer get stuck in worry and will be reclaiming this puzzle piece, one that energy will flow through with ease.
