What if you never had to forgive again….                                                And still were a loving person?

Hint: Most deep truths are dualities in their wholeness.

The correct answer to the Quiz is Both.

As a Friend – It’s a common understanding that forgiveness is the right thing to do. That not forgiving hurts you more than the other person. And when you forgive, you free yourself.

As a Foe – Because you have gotten yourself into this PREDICAMENT. You didn’t have to get yourself in this trouble in the first place. You had an outer focus. You developed a victim mentality and gave away your soul’s energy.   

With every occurrence in your life, you will have a choice whether to board the BLAME TRAIN or the FREEDOM TRAIN. Forgiveness only occurs on the BLAME TRAIN.                     

The Blame Train

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BOARD THE BLAME TRAIN?

• You have NO SELF LOVE, because you have given away your soul power.

• You have NO CONTROL, giving away your feelings to an outward source.

• You FEEL DAMAGED and you are a VICTIM, blaming someone else for causing your feelings. You feel someone or something hurt your feelings or made you angry. Example: “He made me mad” vs. “I am mad.”

• LOW VIBRATION EMOTIONS are created, causing stress – anger, hurt, fear, regret, worry, resentment, retaliation.

• Opens the possibility of creating DIS-EASE because stress depresses your immune system.

• STORIES around the incident are created which are retold to yourself and others, often times over and over as one tries to process them.                                                                                                             

• You may feel FORGIVENESS is needed. Sometimes this is very difficult when something very serious has happened.

• In some cases, forgiveness is not needed, but just an accepting of the other person or the situation as it is.

Destination: Stuck in the PAST, with a Heavy and Dark Vibration

THE GOOD NEWS: If you have taken The Blame Train on a past journey, you can always re-evaluate, get off, control our emotions and hop on The Freedom Train. See the next lesson. 

Clarification: The two trains have to do with one’s feelings and not the incident itself. One needs to handle one’s feelings first (the Blame Train) in order to handle the incident with clarity (the Freedom Train). It depends on how serious the incident itself is if some action needs to be taken.

Predicament…No Self-Love…No Control…Feel Damaged…Victim…Low Vibration Emotions…Dis-Ease…Stories…anger, hurt, fear, regret, worry, resentment, retaliation

Q1. Do you have an instance where you are having trouble with forgiveness?

Q2. Do you have instances where you have boarded the Blame Train?   How does it feel?  

Q3. Have you ever had extreme stress from a situation where it caused you a disease? Cancer, high blood pressure, thoughts of suicide?

Q4. Have you told another person a story about an issue more than three times? Is it still ongoing? If not, do you see a way off the Blame Train?


The Freedom Train

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BOARD THE FREEDOM TRAIN?

• You have SELF-LOVE and respond from your soul. You have an inner focus.

• You are IN CONTROL of your feelings and nothing can push them/you around. “I am mad” is an in-control statement vs. “he made me mad.” No one really makes you feel anything. An even higher vibration is to be aware that what you say after “I am.”. Words are very powerful and it’s not wise to label your Being as mad. The even higher vibration would be, “It is.”

• You take self RESPONSE-ABILITY for your feelings, seeing you can interpret this incident in various ways. You don’t have to take this personally.

• You have engaged your SOUL POWER.

• You feel NO DAMAGE, knowing that only the ego can be harmed, not your soul.

• See the situation or person as A TEACHER.

• See them as A LEARNING to further uncover your true Being.

 HIGH VIBRATION EMOTIONS are created from your increase in consciousness. You feel thankful for the learning. You feel compassion for the other because they must be troubled to act this way. You are unconditional love.

• You SEND LOVE AND LIGHT to the person or situation because you know you are a Being of Love and Light.

Destination: Living in the PRESENT, with a High and Light Vibration.

Conclusion

1. Forgiveness is both a friend and a foe. Hint: most deep concepts are dualities in their wholeness.

2. It’s a foe because of all the harmful aspects we have done to ourselves to get to the point where we need to forgive in the first place.

3. We always have a choice whether we want to take the Blame Train or the Freedom Train. One locks us in the past. The other frees us to be in the present.

4. We need to separate our Feelings and the Incident itself. First we need to handle our feelings (having boarded the Blame Train) before we can be clear about the Incident (having boarded the Freedom Train). Action, more than being compassionate and sending love, may be needed for an extremely harmful incident.

All our life we will be deciding to take trains.
